Our first visit last night for our wedding anniversary and we will definitely return. As soon as we walked in Becci greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The place is beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble and the other members of staff (Sally & Georgia) were brilliant too. The food was fantastic, we both really enjoyed our starters mains and dessert, especially the steaks. Cocktails were lovely too. Can’t wait to return.
Throughly enjoyed my visit to this beautiful bar and grill. The food was amazing and the staff were even nicer! Will definitely be leaving wales to visit again
A truly great find, a new town for us and so, a new venue. We didn't know what to expect but the food was tasty and well prepared and presented. Always a relief. The guy looking after us, Omer, was super polite and very attentive. The wine was good and the overall experience is one we intend to repeat. Thank you guys, an interesting place in a lovely town. Forgot to say, the town is spelt Brewood but pronounced as 'Brewed' in the Domesday book it was spelt 'Breude' meaning a hill with a wood nearby. No doubt the spelling was spoiled by the Anglo-Saxons
The food was excellent. We had breakfast and could not have wished for tastier food. We were the only people in the restaurant, but it did mean we were served very quickly! A lovely venue in a lovely location.
This has to be one of the best restaurants for many miles around! The food was really good, well made and well served. The rump steak was really excellent, and the other dishes were very good. The staff are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. We thoroughly recommend a visit, and the prices are very reasonable too.
I've been here before and decided this was the place I wanted to celebrate my birthday at. When we arrived we were asked if celebrating anything and advised it was my birthday. The restaurant area is luxurious with soft lighting. I was instantly brought a complementary glass of bubbles and a birthday card from the restaurant which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. We had a starter main and dessert and cannot fault the food. The waiting staff was friendly. A sauce was missed off my fillet steak but when asked it was brought out within a couple of minutes. They even decorated dessert with 'Happy Birthday' we both had starter, mains and desserts, soft drink and cocktail and came to just under £100 which I feel was good value for money. The plates and cutlery are of modern design and comfy chairs. There is a bar area within view and a small screen separating the areas.
First time visiting SG. Plenty of choice on the menu. Attentive, friendly staff. Restaurant was full with a good atmosphere. Food was superb. Tasty and good portion sizes.
